Mumbai Indians Bowling Dangerous Yorker

Many young players have made their mark in IPL 2023. Many batsmen including Rinku Singh, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Prabhsimran Singh can be the future of the country. At the same time, a bowler who may become the New York king of Team India in the near future has also come to the fore. At present, Jasprit Bumrah has this title but remains out of the team due to injury almost all the time. But a rising star from Mumbai Indians may turn out to be a strong Jasprit Bumrah replacement for the team in the coming days.

Actually, we are talking about Akash Madhwal who has been doing brilliantly in every opportunity he has had so far in IPL 2023. He bowled brilliantly against Sunrisers Hyderabad and once again showed his skills as a yorker. The way he cleanly bowled Harry Brook on the first ball can warm the heart of any cricket fan. In the crucial match against the Sunrisers, he took four wickets for 37 runs in four overs. At one time the Sunrisers’ score seemed to climb to 220-230. But due to the brilliant bowling of him in the death overs, Hyderabad’s score was stopped at 200 only.

Hitters have no answer for the dangerous Yorker

Akash Madhwal had earlier stunned Shubman Gill by cleanly landing his yorker shot against Gujarat Titans. Now, against the Sunrisers, he first took out the in-form Heinrich Klaasen, then England’s Harry Brook came into the box and took a clean shot at the dangerous yorker ball at the first ball. Looking at their dangerous game of bowling, it can be said that the India team may get a New York king in the near future. Mumbai Indians were without Bumrah this season, but in the last 6 matches, Akash Madhwal has played the role of a better replacement to some extent.
