According to a report by RevSports, Pant was batting in the nets when the ball hit his left hand. He was in pain, and the medical team was called in immediately. An ice pack was applied to his hand, and a bandage was wrapped around it. After that, Pant didn’t participate in the practice session.

Before the injury, Pant had been batting for a while. He faced throws from a specialist and his teammates, and also had a chat with head coach Gautam Gambhir. Hopefully, the injury isn’t serious. The team is counting on Pant to play a key role in the series.
