India-Pakistan Mega Match Set for Champions Trophy 2025 Showdown

Champions Trophy 2025: The highly anticipated match between India and Pakistan is just around the corner. The last time these two teams faced off was in the T20 World Cup 2024. Meanwhile, the schedule for the Champions Trophy has been announced. The Indian team will play all their matches in the UAE. A total of eight teams are participating in this tournament, which will be played using a hybrid model. The PCB has agreed to this format, but with the condition that all ICC tournaments held in India until 2027 will also use the hybrid model.

India vs Pakistan Match Date Revealed

The Indian team will play their first match in the Champions Trophy 2025 on February 20 against Bangladesh. Their next match will be against Pakistan on February 23, which is expected to be a highly intense encounter. The team will then face off against New Zealand on March 2. The tournament’s first match will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand on February 19 in Karachi.

Special Arrangements for Knockout Matches

The ICC has made special arrangements for the knockout matches, taking into account the hybrid model used for the tournament. If the Indian team reaches the semi-finals, the first semi-final match will be played in Dubai, while the second semi-final match will be held in Pakistan. If the Indian team reaches the final, it will also be played in Dubai. However, if the Indian team does not reach the semi-finals, the final match will be held in Lahore. The first semi-final match is scheduled for March 4, the second semi-final for March 5, and the final match for March 9.
