India’s air strike on Pakistan’s Sialkot district targeted terrorist camps, not civilian areas or military bases.
Operation Sindhur
The operation hit nine locations in Pakistan and PoK, focusing on terror launchpads.
Indian officials confirmed that the strikes were precise, avoiding harm to civilians and military infrastructure.
Targeted Locations
The air strike hit two major camps in Sialkot.
- The first target was Sarjal Camp, 6km from the international border.
- The second target was Mahmuda Jaya Camp, 12-18km from the border.
These camps were linked to recent terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
The strikes were part of a broader effort to disrupt terrorist networks operating from Pakistan.
