India Begins Practice in England Ahead of Test Series

The Indian cricket team has kicked off their practice sessions in England. On the first day, captain Shubman Gill, vice-captain Rishabh Pant, and all other players gave it their all. The first test between India and England is set to take place on June 20 at the Headingley Cricket Ground.

Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah will play a crucial role in the series, especially since England’s conditions favor fast bowlers. He’s set to play three tests, and it remains to be seen if he’ll make it to the playing 11 for the first test. Bumrah was seen working hard during practice, which suggests he’s ready to go for the first test.

The team started their practice sessions at the Lord’s Indoor Cricket Ground. Before getting into cricket practice, the players warmed up with a game of football and some exercises. Bumrah was seen chatting with bowling coach Morne Morkel. Head coach Gautam Gambhir was also keeping an eye on the players’ practice sessions, and his main goal will be to get the team adjusted to the conditions in England as soon as possible.
