New Delhi: Doomsday struck a 12-year-old boy while he was playing in the Indian state of Kerala.
According to Indian media reports, a 12-year-old boy was injured when an ice cream ball exploded in Kanwar district of Kerala. The injured boy was identified as Sri Vardhan, a resident of Narivel.
According to police, the accident took place when the boy was playing with an ice cream ball which contained explosives, however no one else was injured in the accident.

According to police, the blast occurred when the child felt something in the ball and threw it.
Police have registered a case and handed over the contents to the Bomb Disposal Squad to find out the details of the ingredients in the ice cream ball.
According to Indian media, this is the second incident of an ice cream bomb exploding in Kanwar district this year. Earlier, a similar blast had taken place in May, in which two children were injured.
