No chance for Ashwin in the preparation match

Ashwin has not been given a chance in the four-day warm-up match against Leicestershire. In this crucial match, the team’s focus will be more in the form of India’s top batsmen, Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli. These batsmen will be primarily responsible for scoring runs and laying the foundation for victory in the test match against England.
