In Italy, people took to the streets against the NATO alliance

Rome: Protests against the NATO alliance in the Italian capital Rome.

According to foreign media reports, thousands of protesters marched in the Italian capital, Rome, chanting slogans against NATO’s aggressive policies and demanding an immediate halt to arms shipments to Ukraine. I also carried placards. Protesters have condemned the move by Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi to send a military shipment to Ukraine.

It may be recalled that the Italian government had announced a few days ago to send a third military shipment to Ukraine.

Italy’s ruling coalition, the Five Star Movement and the Liga North Party, have also opposed arms supplies to Ukraine.

Protesters have also criticized Sweden and Finland for applying for NATO membership.

It should be noted that Sweden and Finland had recently applied for NATO membership, and there has been a strong reaction from other countries, including Russia.

Italians are already demanding that their country leave NATO.
