Imran Hashmi’s Ground Zero Film Poster Released, Sets April 2025 Premiere

The wait is over for fans of Imran Hashmi, who have been eagerly anticipating his next full-fledged film. After making appearances in ‘Tiger 3’ alongside Salman Khan and a cameo in ‘Ai Watan Mere Watan’, Imran is set to star in the upcoming movie ‘Ground Zero’. The film’s first look poster has been released, revealing Imran’s character and announcing the release date as April 25, 2025.

In the poster, Imran is seen with his back to the camera, holding a gun and standing in front of the breathtaking landscapes of Kashmir. The tagline reads, ‘You’ve been brought here to die, soldier. Kashmir will take its revenge.’ Imran plays the role of a BSF commandant in the film.

‘Ground Zero’ is inspired by a secret war that the general public knows little about. The movie promises to showcase not only action but also the unseen struggles faced by our soldiers. It’s a story of courage, sacrifice, and the struggles of those who protect the country, making for a powerful cinematic experience.

Imran Hashmi will be seen as BSF Deputy Commandant Narendra Nath Dube, who investigates a major threat to national security for two years. The film, inspired by true events, combines intense action with an emotional storyline.

‘Ground Zero’ is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, with Tejas Deoskar at the helm. The film’s co-producers include Kaashinath Jagmagan, Vishal Ramchandani, Sunil Sidhwani, Aarhan Bagati, Talisman Films, Abhishek Kumar, and Nishikant Roy.

Imran has also announced the sequel to his 18-year-old film ‘Awargi’, titled ‘Awargi 2’, which is set to release in April 2026.
