Important royal decree issued in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz has issued a royal decree for the promotion of 30 judges of the Complaints Board.

According to Arab media, under the new royal decree, 30 judges of the Court of Appeal have been promoted in Saudi Arabia, 6 judges of the Court of Appeal have been promoted and one judge has been promoted to Grade One and appointed as the head of the court.

Similarly, 7 judges of Diwan-e-Mazalim have been promoted to the post of Secretary of Department A while two more judges have also been promoted to the post of Secretary of Department ‘B’.

At the behest of the Saudi monarch, two more judges were promoted, while the other two judges were promoted to the rank of “Judge J” and two judges were promoted to the rank of “Judicial Lieutenant”.

As soon as the royal decrees are issued, all the judges have been appointed to their new responsibilities.
