“Ikkis” Trailer Out: Agastya Nanda as India’s Youngest Param Vir Chakra Hero

Dinesh Vijan and Maddock Films have officially released the trailer for their upcoming film, ‘Ikkis’. The movie tells the inspiring true story of Param Vir Chakra recipient Arun Khetarpal.

Agastya Nanda, grandson of megastar Amitabh Bachchan, stars as the young war hero. This marks a significant role for the actor, who debuted in Netflix’s ‘The Archies’.

The film is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sriram Raghavan, known for his distinctive storytelling. Maddock Films is also producing the project.

The trailer itself opens with a powerful promise, filled with passion and determination. Agastya Nanda’s character pledges to uphold this vow.

Audiences will see Nanda undergoing rigorous military training. The narrative also promises a poignant love story intertwined with themes of bravery and valor.

Legendary actor Dharmendra makes an appearance as Arun’s grandfather. He recounts childhood stories of Arun listening to tales of war.

The film’s theatrical release is slated for December 2025. This historical drama is set against the backdrop of the 1971 war.

Agastya Nanda, born November 23, 2000, is the son of Nikhil Nanda and Shweta Bachchan Nanda. He is the grandson of legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan.
