The producers also announced the completion of filming for Ikkis. The caption accompanying the poster highlighted, "On Arun Khetarpal’s birth anniversary, the shooting of ‘Ikkis’ has been completed, a story that will always remain in our hearts. This film is presented by Dinesh Vijan and Maddock Films. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, ‘Ikkis’ is a story inspired by the youngest Param Vir Chakra awardee officer."
