"If you don’t like Netflix content, leave!" : Netflix’s message to its employees

If you’ve never worked for an American company, you wouldn’t know how important corporate culture is. At Netflix, it is just as important, summarized in written guidelines to which all employees must adhere, and which were probably updated on Thursday, May 12, reports the wall street journal Friday, May 13.
