With stories, anecdotes and satisfaction for achievements, sports journalist Franklin Mirabal presented his new book "Lidom Icons".
In an act held at the Ministry of Sports, Mirabal presented the book in the company of former baseball player Miguel Tejada, to whom his sports book number 23 is dedicated.
The book, printed by Editora Corripio, has 120 color pages, soft paper, and full of diverse content.
It is an expanded edition that, in addition to dedicating 75 pages to Miguel Tejada, collects the anecdotes of the players José Rijo, George Bell, Julián Javier, Mario Melvin Soto and Ricardo Carty.
The main table was made up of Tejada, Mirabal and the Vice Ministers of Sports Franklin de la Mota, Elvis Duarte and Leopoldo Portes, together with the journalist Primitivo Cadete.
"I tell the country that this book should be among the top three of the 23 editions I have presented."Mirabal said.
The author also expressed that the book will be distributed for free and will reach fans, journalists, baseball players, opinion leaders and people from sports, entertainment, politics and businessmen.
Tejada, the book’s protagonist, makes a series of shocking revelations.
