The audience used to listen to my English songs but also demanded to do Bengali songs too. I also once thought that Bengali is my mother tongue and I should sing for Bengalis too. Since then, I have been singing Bengali songs little by little. The audience also loves and accepts the songs.

I first acted in Mustafa Sarayar Faruqi Bhai's film Last Defender of Monogamy. Chanchal Chowdhury is with me. When the film hits theaters, I will decide how busy I will be with acting. I have already received many offers. But I think more about the song. I am primarily a lyricist, composer and artist. The actress can call it a hobby.
