“I Feel Lucky”: R Madhavan’s Birthday Wish for Wife Sarita

On October 15, Bollywood actor R. Madhavan publicly celebrated his wife, Sarita Birje’s, birthday. The star took to social media to share a heartfelt message alongside a special photograph of her.

Madhavan extended his wishes to what he called “the strongest and most beautiful soul I know.” He described his wife as having “the child within who is like a protector, filled with kindness, care, and generosity.”

The actor expressed his ongoing admiration, stating, “I am surprised and grateful to learn so much about you every year, which inspires me and makes me feel extremely lucky.” He concluded his affectionate post with “Love you Pondatti.”

Madhavan and Sarita’s romance reportedly began in a communication class he taught. Sarita, then aspiring to be an air hostess, joined his class in Maharashtra. After passing her interview, she invited Madhavan to dinner, marking the start of their relationship.

The couple married in 1999 following Tamil traditions. They have one son, Vedaant, who is making a name for himself as an accomplished athlete.

On the professional front, Madhavan is set to appear in the upcoming film ‘De De Pyaar De 2’. He will portray Dev Khurana, who is the father of Ayesha, played by Rakul Preet Singh.

The film is directed by Anshul Sharma. It also features Tabu, Jimmy Shergill, Alok Nath, and Inayat Sood in key roles, with Tamannaah Bhatia and Prakash Raj making cameo appearances. ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ is scheduled for release in cinemas on November 14.
