Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster recently showed off their playful "couple style" upon landing at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The pair arrived on Wednesday, November 5.
Jackman, 57, and Foster, 50, were photographed in a lighthearted moment. Foster playfully stuck out her tongue at Jackman after what appeared to be a long flight.
The Broadway stars wore casual yet modern outfits for their travels. Jackman sported a blue shirt, gray pants, sneakers, and a trucker hat with a "Mental Fitness Gym" logo. He carried a wheeled suitcase, a backpack, a red bag, and wore a black face mask.
Foster wore green pants and a light green t-shirt, topped with a mustard yellow sweater. Her hair was in a casual ponytail, and she chose slip-on shoes while carrying her backpack through the terminal.
This airport sighting follows their red carpet debut just two weeks prior. They attended the world premiere of Jackman’s new film, Song Sung Blue, on October 26.
Foster joined Jackman at the annual AFI Fest closing event last month. It was held at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Jackman wore a tuxedo, while Foster donned an elegant long satin dress.
Their close friendship developed during the 2022 Broadway revival of The Music Man. They shared the stage for over a year in the production.
At the time, Jackman was married to Deborra-Lee Furness. Foster was married to Ted Griffin.
In September 2023, Jackman and Furness, 69, announced their divorce after nearly three decades of marriage. Foster filed for divorce from Griffin, 54, in October 2024, just days before their tenth wedding anniversary.
Us Weekly reported in November 2024 that Jackman’s relationship with Foster contributed to his separation from Furness. Jackman and Furness share two adult children, Oscar, 24, and Ava, 20.
A source told Us Weekly that many on Broadway were aware of the situation. "Everyone respected their privacy. But there was an extramarital relationship and they coincided for a while," the source revealed.
Jackman and Foster, who shares an 8-year-old daughter named Emily with Griffin, eventually confirmed their relationship in January. They were seen enjoying a night out together in Los Angeles.
Sources told Us Weekly in February that the couple is "madly in love." Another source added they are "in no rush to get married, but they are committed to taking the next steps together."
Jackman’s divorce from Furness was finalized in June. Us Weekly reported that he took Foster on a "small getaway" to Canyon Ranch wellness resort in Lenox, Massachusetts, in mid-July.
The couple has since increased their public appearances. They were seen at New York’s LaGuardia Airport in September. They also attended Marx’s After Hours Confessions show at the Café Carlyle the following month.
