The Huawei P60 Pro was launched in March this year, and the European market only received it in May. But since the first phase of its launch in the Chinese market, the smartphone has received good reviews from experts as well as being successful among users.

There are plenty of reasons for this, such as, for example, and they are mainly related to the excellent camera of this smartphone, which even led the ranking of the well-known DxOMark platform.

News is now breaking that this smartphone may have a new variant on the way. It is expected to have the same specifications as the current model, but the design will be quite different.

Recently released images show that this version will have a gray and black leather rear panel. Matchingly, the rear camera module also has a metallic gray look.

Some experts in this area have already shown some concern about heat dissipation, since the new material could lead the smartphone to reach higher temperatures than the variants now available on the market.

For this reason, Huawei could add to this version a slightly more advanced cooling system than the one included in the P60 Pro models already available.

So let’s recall some of the main attributes of this successful P60 Pro. Its triple rear camera setup features a 48-megapixel primary sensor with variable aperture from f/1.4 to f/4.0 and image stabilization, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle and a 48-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3-megapixel 5x optical zoom and optical image stabilization.

Inside, the model accommodates the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, with support for 4G communications and paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage capacity.

The 6.67-inch OLED screen has Kunlun Glass protection, owned by the brand, and offers a resolution of 2700×1220 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

In addition, the integrated 4,815 mAh battery supports 88-watt wired and 50-watt wireless fast charging.
