Huawei: new smartphones with 5G and other desirable attributes arrive on October 20

On October 20, Huawei will introduce the new Hi Nova 10 series of smartphones which, for now, only reach the Chinese market.

These will be 5G-enabled models, but they have other very desirable attributes, like 100W fast charging.

After some rumors, here is the official confirmation: Huawei will present its new Hi Nova 10 series on October 20. This line will be made up of two new models, the Hi Nova 10 and the Hi Nova 10 Pro, both enabled to support 5G communications.

Perhaps to include this type of 5G support, both terminals for now will only be available in the Chinese market.

Unfortunately, little is known about the two models, and it is not clear which processor will be chosen to be at the controls of the new smartphones. But the detailed information available suggests quite interesting models.

The Hi Nova 10 Pro will arrive equipped with a 7.68-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2652×1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. However, the highlight goes directly to the support for 100-watt fast charging that it will provide.

The Hi Nova 10, as a less advanced model, will also have support for fast charging limited to 66 watts.

In addition, the new series is also expected to come equipped with a front-facing camera with an incredible 60-megapixel resolution, similar to the Nova 10 series, released in July this year.
