Xiaomi today announced its partnership with Leica, ending the long-standing cooperation between the camera manufacturer and Huawei since 2016.
The Chinese tech giant confirmed that “The cooperation between our two companies ended on March 31”according Android Authority.
This means that the P50 and P50 Pro are Huawei’s last phones with Leica cameras, as the P50 Pocket did not include the Leica branding.
The first high-end smartphone jointly developed between Xiaomi and Leica It will be officially launched in July this year.
