Saudi Arabia has introduced a new facility for Umrah pilgrims coming from abroad.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in collaboration with the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence, has launched a new service that will enable those coming from abroad to obtain Umrah permits.
The service will be effective on the ‘Etemarna’ and ‘Tukalna’ apps after registering on the Qadoom platform and arriving in the country.
Through these apps, one can get permission to perform prayers in Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi, attend Roza-e-Rasool and perform Umrah.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah says that Etemarna and Tawakalna apps should be updated.
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that the condition of 15 days between one and the other Umrah has been abolished.
The new Umrah permit can be obtained through the Tawakalna or Etemarna app as soon as the first permit expires.
