If you’ve ever needed to go to the router’s configuration page to make a configuration change, you know you need the IP address.
The router’s IP address is important because it is the address you will have to type into your browser to access the router’s web-based configuration page, where you can configure its parameters

Discover router IP on an Android
Android does not provide a direct way to view network connection information, although some Android customization layers do provide this information.
If this is not the case on your smartphone, there are many third-party apps that allow you to view this information. For example, Wi-Fi Analyzer Not only is it for choosing the best Wi-Fi channel, but it also allows you to find out the router’s IP by clicking on the “eye” icon and selecting “AP List”.
At the top of this screen you will see a header “Connected to: [Nombre de la red]». Tap here and a window will appear with more information about your network. You will see the router address appear as “Gateway”.
Find out the router IP on an iPhone or iPad
On an iPhone or iPad, just go to Settings > Wi-Fi and tap the name of your Wi-Fi network. You’ll see the router’s IP address appear as “Router”.
