How to balance chakras with plants

The chakras are energy centers that are located in specific points of the body and that are responsible for managing our physical and spiritual field, but they must be balanced for their correct functioning and an option that nature offers for this are plants.

Consequently, if the chakras are blocked it can lead to some health, mental and emotional issues. Energy experts say that each plant has its own energy vibration and is able to help them align correctly to restore balance.
