How many Pakistani Umrah pilgrims visited the Prophet’s Mosque?

From the Umrah season this year till May 9, the number of Pakistanis visiting Umrah pilgrims at Masjid Nabavi was second.

This year, the total number of Umrah pilgrims who reached Madinah after the lifting of the Corona ban was 1,542,960 who arrived by sea, land and air.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah says that 1.3 million pilgrims have returned by May 9, while the number of those remaining in Medina is 242,580.

The highest number of Umrah pilgrims coming to Madinah was from Iraq, which was 313,815, while the number of Pakistani Umrah pilgrims was recorded at 211,003.

Earlier, the head of the administration of the two holy shrines, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, said that the number of visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque during Ramadan was 22 million.

He said that during this period 4 lakh 6 thousand pilgrims were blessed to greet, steps were taken for better service of the pilgrims and possible efforts were made.
