Honor Unveils Pad GT with 2.8K IMAX-Enhanced Display and Powerful MediaTek Chipset

Honor’s latest powerhouse tablet, the Pad GT, is a major improvement over their flagship smartphone, the GT Pro. While the GT Pro boasted an impressive 7,200mAh battery, the Pad GT takes performance to the next level with its MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip, built using 4-nanometer technology. This chip packs an 8-core CPU, with a top speed of 3.35GHz.

The Pad GT features an 11.5-inch LCD screen with a 2.8K resolution (2,800 × 1,840 pixels) and a 144Hz refresh rate for silky-smooth visuals. The display is certified IMAX Enhanced, a standard set by IMAX and DTS to take picture and sound quality to new heights. Honor’s Oasis technology and DC Dimming also help ease eye strain, with a max brightness of 500 nits.

The Pad GT also packs a punch with its camera lineup – a 13-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. The device is powered by a massive 10,100mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. Despite its large battery, the tablet is remarkably thin at 6.12mm and weighs about 480 grams. The device also boasts eight speakers with Spatial Audio and runs on MagicOS 9.0, built on Android 15. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.

The Honor Pad GT is available in three colors: Ice Crystal White, Phantom Gray, and Ice Crystal Blue. Pricing varies by configuration:

  • 8GB + 128GB: 1,899 CNY
  • 8GB + 256GB: 2,199 CNY
  • 12GB + 256GB: 2,499 CNY
  • 12GB + 512GB: 2,799 CNY
