The Honor Play 30 is the latest smartphone from Huawei’s former sub-brand. It was presented this Tuesday in China and reaches the market for the entry segment, with a design inspired by the iPhone.
The device has a screen with a drop-shaped notch. Like the iPhone 12 or iPhone 13, the bezel is flat. But it is impossible not to notice the similarities in the arrangement of the rear camera diagonally, as in the iPhone 13.
Honor Play 30 arrives with Snapdragon 480+
This terminal is controlled by the Snapdragon 480+ processor. Do not expect exceptional performance, but it is one of the most restrained processors to guarantee a 5G connection. It is accompanied by 4 or 8 GB of RAM. The storage is 128 GB and is expandable via microSD up to 512 GB.
It has a 6.5-inch LCD screen with 720p resolution. As already mentioned, it has a teardrop notch that houses the 5 MP front camera. In the back we find only a 13 MP camera. The other circle that we see in the images includes the LED flash.
You can expect a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh, with 10W charging via the USB-C port. The terminal does not neglect other important features for many users such as Wi-Fi AC, Bluetooth 5.1 or 3.5 mm jack input.
The price of the Honor Play 30 is not yet known
The Honor Play 30 arrives with Magic UI 5.0 in addition to Android 11. It will be available in black, white, blue and gold colors. At the time of writing, it has already been listed in China for pre-order, but the price is not yet known.
