The Honor Magic 3 smartphone will likely be announced on August 12th and will feature a Snapdragon 888+ chipset.
Now the brand has announced a collaboration with IMAX Enhanced in your page Weibo, where you posted an image of a roll of film that looks a lot like the circular camera setup that leaked earlier.
IMAX Enhanced is the result of joint work between IMAX, the proprietary system for high-resolution cameras, film formats, cinema and theater projectors, and DTS, the well-known audio company. The Enhanced design essentially brings IMAX capabilities to consumers’ living rooms.
Until now, IMAX Enhanced was only available for a limited number of televisions, projectors and audio/video receivers.
It’s a format that allows Play 4K HDR content with DTS audio on HDR10+ monitors, which means the Honor Magic 3 will be the first smartphone to offer this unique video experience.
