The Governor of the Red Sea Province in Egypt also honored the Egyptian employee who returned the bag.
A temporary employee of Red Sea Traffic found a bag full of more than 2 million dollars in cash and 350 thousand Saudi Riyal worth of jewelry. He was on duty at a cafeteria in Hurghada city where he found the alleged bag.
The Egyptian employee said that when he opened the bag to find out who it belonged to, he was surprised to find that it contained a large number of dollars and jewelry.
The Egyptian worker immediately approached the local officer, after investigation it was found that the bag belonged to a Saudi family, accompanied by an Egyptian. These three had boarded the customs vehicle.
