The vacation rental technology company Holidu, based in Munich, announces that it has acquired the Spanish vacation rental platform Spain-Holiday and has merged the business with its subsidiary Bookiply. The two companies involved in the operation have set the objective of continue to make finding and booking vacation rentals as easy as possible.
