The vacation rental technology company Holidu, based in Munich, announces that it has acquired the Spanish vacation rental platform Spain-Holiday and has merged the business with its subsidiary Bookiply. The two companies involved in the operation have set the objective of continue to make finding and booking vacation rentals as easy as possible. The new agreement writes a new chapter for the holiday home market in Spain, with the arrival of numerous benefits for owners and travelers.
The merger of the two companies gives a new impetus to the growth of the Holidu Group. The company is currently present in 21 markets with its vacation rental search engine and is one of the fastest growing travel technology companies in the world. With the merger, Holidu’s subsidiary Bookiply, which offers software and services for vacation home owners, significantly expands your customer base.
