HMD T20: the first tablet from HMD arrives with a 10.4″ screen starting at €199

HMD today announced its first T20 tablet, which is part of the company’s recently launched T-series of devices.

The new tablet has a 10.4″ screen with 2K resolution (1200 x 2000) which offers a maximum brightness of 400 nits and is certified for low blue light to reduce discomfort to the eyes after long periods of use.

Inside we found a UNIOC Tiger T610 chip eight cores (2 1.8GHz A75 cores and 6 1.8GHz A55 cores), which is accompanied by 3/4 GB RAM and 32/64 GB storage which can be expanded by micro-SD.

It incorporates a huge 8,200 mAh battery with 15W quick charge via USB Type-C connector (a 10W charger comes in the box). Based on HMD testing, it can handle about 15 hours of normal use, about 10 hours of video streaming, and about 7 hours of video conferencing.

It has a 5MP front camera and an 8MP rear camera, as well as stereo speakers, dual microphone and 3.5mm headphone jack.

In terms of connectivity, it offers WiFi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac and Bluetooth 5.0. There is also a variant with 4G connectivity.

It has an enterprise management solution called HMD Enable Pro, which allows you to centrally deploy applications and settings, and a data roaming solution called HMD Connect Pro that works in 180 countries.
