Hilaria Baldwin: “Bad Girls” Orchestrated DWTS Elimination

Hilaria Baldwin is speaking out about her elimination from "Dancing With the Stars," alleging her exit was the result of a coordinated campaign by "bad girls." She claimed these individuals orchestrated efforts to vote against her and her professional dance partner, Gleb Savchenko.

Baldwin, 41, detailed her experience to Us Weekly on Sunday, October 12. She was attending the Gurus Awards 2025, presented by Gurus Magazine, at Cicada Restaurant & Lounge in Los Angeles. She stated she is "very new to TikTok," having only been on the platform for a couple of months.

She explained that people would vote for all other couples except her and Savchenko. This strategy boosted other contestants and sought to suppress her own fans’ votes. She called this a form of bullying.

Three days after her elimination on Tuesday, October 7, Baldwin took to Instagram Live. On Friday, October 10, she asserted that she had been intentionally bullied off the popular reality competition. She described it as "very coordinated and strategic bullying."

Baldwin expressed her desire to use her platform for good. She wants to leave a "lasting mark of bravery" by speaking out against what she believes is wrong.

While she is happy for her friends who remain on the show, she admitted she would "obviously love to dance." Baldwin said it was "sad that it went down this way." She believes there are "more good people than bad" and hopes people will stop engaging in such actions.

Baldwin has faced public scrutiny before. In 2020, she was accused of fabricating a Spanish accent. She addressed this controversy during the first episode of her family’s TLC series, "The Baldwins."

She stated that she was raised bilingual and is raising her children the same way. She noted her entire core family now resides in Spain. She aims to teach her children the pride of speaking more than one language.

On her Friday video, Baldwin acknowledged she cannot control how others perceive her. However, she specifically called out those she claims have "harassed" her for "years." She feels these individuals will only be satisfied "when I’m gone."

Baldwin added that "nothing I say or do will be right" in their eyes. She believes she "always does everything wrong" and is "too much and never enough." She stated there is nothing she can do about it.

Her video was released in observance of World Mental Health Day. She addressed "the elephant in the room" regarding the "targeted harassment." She felt she could not, in good conscience, remain silent.

She stated that experiencing something that affects many people, while having a large platform, is challenging. Baldwin feels compelled to help others who might not have the same support she receives.

She expressed immense gratitude for the experience. She called meeting Gleb Savchenko "amazing." She added that she is happy all the other contestants can continue dancing, believing her "team keeps going."
