Hideo Kojima’s New Stealth Game Physint May Take 5-6 Years to Develop

Hideo Kojima’s latest project, Death Stranding 2, is just the beginning. The renowned game designer has other tricks up his sleeve, but don’t expect to see them anytime soon.

In a recent interview with Le Film Français, Kojima dropped hints about his upcoming projects. One of them is a stealth game called Physint, which he says will take around 5-6 years or more to develop.

Kojima’s team is also working on other projects, including a horror game called OD, which was announced at The Game Awards 2023. Not to mention a film project that’s just getting off the ground. With so many irons in the fire, it’s no wonder Kojima has been known to jot down his ideas and store them on a USB drive, just in case.

Kojima’s approach to game development is meticulous, to say the least. His team is taking their time to get everything just right, and it shows in the attention to detail in their games. Death Stranding 2 is set to release in June, but as for Physint and the other projects, we’ll just have to wait and see.

One thing’s for sure, though – Hideo Kojima is a creative force to be reckoned with, and his upcoming projects are sure to be just as innovative and boundary-pushing as his past work.
