Here are the 10 most purifying plants for our interiors

The interiors of our homes, apartments and offices are more polluted than we think. It is even often as harmful to our health as the outside air that we breathe in our cities.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from paints, perfumes or markers, semi-volatile organic compounds (COSV) present in coatings or cleaning products, cigarette smoke or even carbon monoxide emitted by defective heaters … pollutants are numerous.

Apart from regularly ventilating your home, solutions exist to improve the quality of the air we breathe. And among these, one of the most effective is to install depolluting plants. Here are some of them.

the Philodendron

The philodendron has the particularity of absorbing formaldehyde, contained in particular in biocidal products intended to fight microorganisms (bacteria, viruses).
