The note should be very salty. In Switzerland, a man was recently caught driving through a closed tunnel. According to local authorities, he ran 64 red lights.
The facts took place on the night of October 6 to 7 in the Gotthard tunnel. 57 km long, the largest tunnel in the country was inaccessible to allow the passage of exceptional transport.
The Swiss authorities estimate that the man must have entered by the northern access of the tunnel around midnight and a half.
He then chose to turn around before the exit, increasing his record of burnt out fires.
According to Eastern Republican, no injuries are to be deplored. But the driver was denounced to the public prosecutor by the cantonal police.
