Guidelines for hosting family celebrations in the UAE state of Abu Dhabi have been updated.
According to Arab media reports, the Abu Dhabi Emergency Crisis and Disaster Committee has updated the guidelines for enhancing precautionary measures and hosting indoor and outdoor social and family events to protect public health.
From December 26, venues hosting social events will operate with a maximum of 60% attendance at weddings, funerals and family gatherings.
According to the report, more than 50% of people will not be allowed to attend indoor events, the maximum number of participants in open air events will be 150 while more than 30 people will not be allowed to host social events at home. ۔

Admission to social events will require adherence to existing precautionary measures, including showing a green pass on the app, presenting the result of a negative PCR test received within 48 hours, and wearing a mask while observing the social distance protocol. Are
The committee urged the public to take precautionary measures while avoiding crowded places, wear masks, keep a social distance of at least 2 meters and wash and sanitize their hands regularly.
The committee also encourages those who are eligible to receive booster vaccine doses, and maintain green status on the Alhos app through regular PCR testing.
