Riyadh: Saudi coalition forces shot down a third drone fired by Houthi militias.
Yemen’s Houthi rebels have been trying unsuccessfully to target Saudi Arabia, according to details. The militia fired another drone at Khamis Mushait, which was destroyed.
Coalition forces say rebel drones were defused in mid-air by air defense.
The forces also said that the Houthi rebels were continuing their vicious attempts to target Saudi installations, private property and civilians.
Earlier, two drone strikes were foiled on Sunday night.
It is believed that the three drones were sent to target Khamis Mushait. Insurgents have made four failed attempts to target the man since Wednesday.
