Great relief for Bombay Supreme Court rape indictee Shiney Ahuja! Instructions given for passport renewal

Actor Shiney Ahuja accused of rape has received a major relief from the Bombay High Court. The court has ordered India’s passport authority not to stop Shiney Ahuja’s passport renewal. Let us inform you that an appeal for the renewal of his passport has been filed on behalf of Shiney. In this regard, the court has given the instruction to keep the passport valid after 10 years.

Judge Amit Borkar said, “Noting that the passport has been renewed more than six times during the pendency of the recent appeal and there has been no breach of bail conditions.” responsible for the application for the renewal of a ten year old passport.

Shiney Ahuja, who has appeared in many films including Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Lamhe and Gangster: A Love Story, is accused of raping her maid. In this regard, on March 30, 2011, a hearing court in Mumbai sentenced Shiney Ahuja to seven years in prison under IPC Section 376. At the same time, Ahuja challenged the hearing court’s decision in the Bombay High Court. He was subsequently granted bail on April 27, 2011.

While on bail, Shiney Ahuja was not allowed to leave the country before the court. However, on December 5, 2011, he was also allowed to go abroad. But on the condition that wherever he goes, he must give the court his full details. In this episode, the court also ordered the return of Shiney’s passport.
