Last December marked a significant milestone when Gemini Pro was integrated into Bard, initially in English. This addition not only improved the ability to understand, reason, summarize, and write programming code, but also paved the way for geographic expansion.
Google announced this today Gemini Pro support on Bard has expanded to more than 40 languages and spans more than 230 countries and territories. This move ensures that the collaboration supported by Bard reaches more people.
The Large Model Systems Organization, a benchmark for evaluating language models and chatbots, named Bard Gemini Pro its preferred chatbot among free options, highlighting its “impressive leap in performance.” Blind third-party reviews have established Bard with Gemini Pro as the leading option, outperforming other free and paid alternatives.
Google has expanded on this double test function in more than 40 languages, including Spanish. By clicking the “G” icon, Bard will perform a web check to confirm your answer. If the check is positive, specific phrases are highlighted so you can access information that supports or contradicts the answer, extracted from Google search results.
