Rumors are multiplying regarding the details of the Google Pixel Watch and after images of the alleged wearable device discovered in a restaurant in the United States of America were revealed, here is news that the wearable device is going through certification sites crucial to its release.

The smart watch made its way through the SIG (Bluetooth Special Interest Group) certification site and three variants of Google’s wearable were detected in this list. There are three different model numbers for the Pixel Watch: GWT9R, GBZ4S, and GQF4C.

But keep in mind that the difference in model numbers may be based on the mobile communications bands used for each model, which are related to the region in which each model will be available.

Therefore, it is not possible to confirm that Google will launch its new wearable in three variants that differ in their specifications. The three different model numbers can only indicate that the model will be available, at least initially, in three different regions.

On the SIG certification website it could also be seen that the software version used was RWD5.211104.001. Which is a bit disappointing as there are a few builds behind the latest version of Wear OS 3 which is already available to developers starting at RWD7.

Specifications expected on the Google Pixel Watch

Despite being the target and multiple rumours, there is still little information about the Pixel Watch. Google has managed to keep the specs of the smartwatch a secret from the gods.

At the moment it is known that it will have a silicone bracelet that will be available in various colors, as well as a rotary button on one of its sides.

Apparently, the screen will be round, without bezels and with rounded edges, as well as being touch sensitive, of course.
It will also be powered by a Samsung Exynos processor, likely the W920, and according to the certification site SIG it’s supposed to run Google Wear 3.0, which isn’t the latest wearable operating system.

Otherwise, the battery life can last a day and it is said to also include a sensor to monitor heart rate.
