Good news for Umrah and Haj pilgrims

Saudi Arabia has introduced Nusuk, an integrated digital platform for pilgrims from around the world to facilitate their Hajj journey.

The launch of Saudi Arabia’s official integrated digital platform Nusuk ( will facilitate the journey of all Hajj pilgrims and pilgrims to Makkah and Madinah.

The purpose of this e-platform is to enhance the experience of Muslims visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from all over the world and to simplify the process of arrival of pilgrims to perform Umrah.

Nusuk Vision 2030 is an initiative of the Hajj Experience programme. The platform provides a wide range of information and services for pilgrims and pilgrims, enabling them to perform Umrah with ease and comfort. It will also raise the quality of services provided and enrich the religious and cultural experience of visitors to achieve the desired goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Nusuk was launched in collaboration and partnership with the Saudi Tourism Authority to provide a full range of services to facilitate visas, permits, booking processes and procedures within the Visit Saudi ecosystem. Nusuk also offers various packages and programs to enhance the experience of Muslims visiting Makkah and Madinah.

Additional services at the facility will include interactive maps, a calendar of offerings and activities, a digital guide to health care information and services and all policy instructions that will be provided in multiple languages.

Nusuk also provides opportunities for the private sector, enabling service providers to offer their services electronically to pilgrims and pilgrims. The location platform will continue to support the planning of the Umrah trip program until its services are moved to Nusuk in the near future.

The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Chairman of the Committee for Hajj Experience Program, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiyyah, said that the initiative is a continuation of efforts to improve the quality of services provided to Hajj pilgrims by using the latest technology. Additionally, Nusuk, in collaboration with various government agencies, will work to simplify procedures and enable pilgrims and visitors to enjoy their spiritual journey with ease and comfort.

Ahmed Al-Khatib, Saudi Minister of Tourism, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Tourism Authority, highlighted the importance of Nusuk under the Hajj Experience Program and its role within the framework of cooperation and integration between the Authority and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This is an important step in achieving the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by facilitating the Umrah process and providing excellent services to all Muslims.
