The president of Sardinia says that the dream of economic development is not possible without population growth and new policies are being worked on keeping this in mind.
Those interested in this program must reside in a Sardinian town with a population of less than 3,000.
The money they will be given will be used to renovate the house and they must live full-time in the town, as well as register Sardinia as their permanent address within 18 months.
