Portuguese coach Gonçalo Feio has made an immediate impact at Radomiak, securing a perfect start with two consecutive victories that propelled the team into the top four of the Polish League for the first time this season.
Radomiak defeated Cracovia 3-0 at home in the 15th round of the league.
This victory marked the first time this season the Radom-based club had won two consecutive matches.
Feio’s tenure began earlier in the week with a 2-1 win against Lechia Gdansk.
The recent win provisionally lifted Radomiak to fourth place in the standings with 22 points, matching Cracovia’s tally.
Goals in the Cracovia match were scored by Capita in the 48th minute, followed by defender Grzesik in the 64th minute. Portuguese-Swiss player Roberto Alves converted a penalty kick in stoppage time, 90+2 minutes, to complete the scoring.
