Referee Teams Announced for Spanish Super Cup

The referee teams for the upcoming Spanish Super Cup have been announced, with three matches set to determine the new champion of Spain.

The first semi-final match between Athletic Club and FC Barcelona, scheduled for January 8 at 8:00 p.m. at the Al Jawhara Stadium in Jeddah, will be refereed by Michelangelo Ortiz Arias. Valentín Pizarro Gómez will assist from the VAR.

The second semi-final match between Real Madrid and RCD Mallorca will take place on January 9 at the same venue. Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxea will lead the refereeing team, with Daniel Trujillo Suárez designated as the VAR referee.

Although the teams for the final match on January 11 are yet to be determined, the refereeing team has been announced. Jesus Gil Manzano will be in charge of refereeing the final, with Javier Iglesias Villanueva assisting from the VAR.
