The first map in the series was a survival exercise for GiantX, who struggled in the early game but managed to turn the tide with a decisive flip by Nashor. Th3Antonio’s impact on the game was key, consistently coming in at the perfect moment with Kennen and securing crucial ultimates against Team Heretics.
Team Heretics on the Brink of Elimination
The Heretics were on the brink of elimination, but managed to come back strong on the next map with the same jungle trio and Aatrox – Brand – Corki. This map saw the Heretics take control, with an unbeatable advantage despite GiantX’s best efforts.
Third Map Decides the Series
The tension was palpable in the third and final map, with both teams playing to stay alive or go on vacation until 2025. GiantX risked with the mid Zeri and jungle Morgana to counter Jankos’ Vi, while Team Heretics struggled to keep up.
Jackies Shines with Quadrakill
In the end, it was Jackies who shone with a spectacular Quadrakill, securing the win for GiantX and sending them to the LEC Finals. Team Heretics, on the other hand, will have to wait until next January to return to competition.
