“The war of attack against Ukraine is a radical break with the Charter of the United Nations and with the European security order based on cooperation,” according to that document, which was presented in Berlin by Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“The cabinet today has made an important and extraordinary decision. For the first time in the country’s history we have a national security strategy,” Scholz told the press at the presentation of the document.
