Germany denounces an “inhumane” attack near the Ukrainian region of Odessa

Germany crossed out this Friday "inhuman" Russian army attacks on a apartment building near Odessa, in Ukraine, which killed at least 18 people, according to Ukrainian emergency services.

"Federal Government Condemns Russian Army Rocket Attack on Residential Building and Recreation Center"said government spokesman Steffen Hebestreit.

"The Russian side, which again speaks of collateral damage, is inhumane and cynical"he added.

"This shows us once again, cruelly, that the Russian aggressor deliberately accepts the death of civilians", Hebestreit stated and called the "Russian population (a) finally see this truth".

The missiles were fired early Friday at an apartment building and a recreation center some 80 kilometers south of Odessa, a port city on the Black Sea that has become a strategic point in the conflict.

According to Kirilo Timochenko, a senior official of the ukrainian presidency, there are 18 dead, including two children, and 30 wounded.
