Garmin Unveils Venu X1 with Advanced Health Tracking and GPS Features

Garmin just unveiled its latest smartwatch, the Venu X1. This premium wearable device boasts a sleek design, advanced features, and a robust set of health tracking tools.

The Venu X1 has a titanium body, weighing in at about 40 grams and measuring just 8 mm thick. Its 2-inch AMOLED display features a 448 x 486 pixel resolution, protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass. The watch also includes a built-in speaker and microphone, allowing for direct phone calls, and an LED flashlight for navigating in the dark.

The Venu X1 is packed with sensors to track various health metrics, including heart rate variability, sleep quality, stress levels, and breathing patterns. It also features Pulse Oximetry technology to measure blood oxygen levels and Garmin’s Body Battery system to monitor energy levels.

For fitness enthusiasts, the watch offers over 100 sport modes, along with Garmin’s TopoActive maps designed for outdoor activities. It also includes CourseView, a system with maps of over 43,000 golf courses worldwide.
