Cheese and garlic bread recipe
1/2 cup warm milk
10 gr. baking powder some sugar (to activate the yeast)
2 TBSP. oil 400 gr. ground Yamani rice (or rice flour)
1/2 cup cornstarch (cornstarch)
1 TBSP. Sea or Himalayan salt
Warm water (what is necessary)
Let rise 45 inches
5 or 6 cloves of garlic
1 and 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
350 g mozzarella cheese
100 g grated cheese (Sardinian type)
