The Royal Spanish Handball Federation has communicated, from its Technical Area, a change in the list of Hispanics summoned who will carry out the first stage of preparation for the 2022 European Championship, which will be played in Slovakia and Hungary from January 13 to 30
This first concentration will take place from December 26 to 30 at the facilities of the Higher Sports Council, in Madrid. In her, Imanol Garciandia, from MOL Pick Szeged, will replace Jorge Maqueda, from Telekom Veszprém, on the right side.
The Gipuzkoan player, therefore, returns to the discipline of the Spanish team after attending the double friendly match against Romania in Avilés in November, and does so now to start preparing with the rest of the group for this European Championship in which Hispanics will defend the titles obtained in 2018 and 2020.
