FTX has entered into a long-term partnership with the Mercedes AMG Formula 1 team to promote the exchange for several long seasons. The partnership will mean that the FTX logo can be seen on Mercedes cars.

As reported by Newswire, the FTX logo will be unveiled for the first time during the Russian Grand Prix on September 26. It will continue to expand in the run-up to the start of the 2022 racing season.
The logos will be featured on the cars and suits of the Mercedes drivers. In addition, they will also be displayed on the team’s trucks, garage and other facilities along the track.
Other planned initiatives include the launch of an NFT collection and FTX Pay integration.
FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried says he is “excited” by the partnership and the opportunity it presents to cement the company’s position as a leading global crypto exchange.
Toto Wolff of Mercedes-AMG Petronas also says he thinks the cooperation with FTX will go well.

FTX targets sports fans
This is not the first time FTX has used the sports industry for its marketing. Earlier this month, basketball superstar Stephen Curry joined the trading platform in another partnership agreement as its global ambassador, in exchange for a stake in the company. Also, Tom Brady has made a similar deal with FTX and agrees to promote it for corporate benefit.
